  1. 1-2 Ripe Bananas.
  2. 1 Cup Pancake Mix.
  3. 1 Egg.
  4. 3 tbsp sugar (brown or white).
  5. 2 tbsp vegetable or olive oil.
  6. 2 tbsp milk (I used almond milk).
  7. 1 tbsp Honey (you could add choc chips, walnuts, etc.).
  8. Butter or nonstick cooking spray (for greasing pan).
  9. 1 bread baking dish (I used one that was a little wider than a traditional bread dish).


Easy No Flour Banana Bread step by step



  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Grease baking pan thoroughly with butter or non-stick cooking spray.
  3. Un-Peel & squish banana(s) with a fork in bowl.
  4. Add in egg, sugar, oil, milk + any additional ingredients (honey, choc chips, walnuts, etc) & whisk together.
  5. Add in pancake mix and whisk until batter is mixed thoroughly (no powder visibly left).
  6. Pour into greased baking dish evenly.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes, check around 30 mins with a toothpick (cooking times may vary depending on oven).
